SALES SPA ASSOCIATE PT $11-$15 hourly

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a part-time Front Desk Spa Associates at our Springlocation.You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING!

The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to :

• Promote spa membership
• Be a team player! Be part of a positive and mindful work environment
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Provide excellent, warm customer service to members / guests
• Follow proper filing procedures / file maintenance

Job Requirements :

• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multi-task with ease, all while focusing on the guest
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Flexible availability - able to work openings, closings or weekends
• Bilingual preferred

Compensation : $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
